Hi, I’m DAVID POWELL.
For over 27 years I have honed my expertise in real estate and successfully closed hundreds of transactions while staying abreast of evolving market trends and regulations. In addition, I have over 14 years of managing broker experience where I mentored, coached and trained new agents as well as seasoned veterans. My love for teaching and coaching over the years has now evolved into becoming a real estate instructor for continuing education courses and guest speaking events. I am eager to bring my passion for teaching and in-depth industry knowledge to inspire and prepare today’s real estate professionals. My teaching experience includes workshops and seminars at real estate training events as well as the ACU update course, red line contracts and ethics. At the core of my teaching philosophy is a commitment to practical, hands-on learning. I aim to bridge the theory of real estate with real-world applications, ensuring students leave the classroom equipped with actionable skills and a strong ethical foundation. My ability to simplify complex concepts, coupled with my approachable demeanor, creates an environment where students feel motivated and confident in their learning journey.
